We all know that Intramurals is the best activity in a school. The students are very enjoy when Intramurals is coming. Because they show there different talents. And the students are also learning in the different sports not only in the four corners in there classroom. Even the Intramurals is done the memories cannot be done. That remains forever. Sta. Maria National High School celebrated the 2019 Intramurals with the theme "Hollistic Development Through Sports." Last September 17-19, 2019. It started last September 16, 2019 the search for the
Mr. & Ms. SMNHS 2019 to show their talents. And last September 17, 2019 is the opening program. And that is the time that our speaker talks. And our guest speaker is no other than Mr. Joel Tultog. He says that in his speech "Humility and Discipline" in every athlete. His speech is a very nice speech. And in the afternoon it now started all the games. And on the second day is the Run for Change. And continue again the games. Also the Track and Field. And I join that event. And in the afternoon is the coronation for the Mr & Ms. SMNHS 2019. And also the solo, duet, and battle of the band. And on the third day is the Literary Musical Contest. Includes the Extempo, Declamation, Folk dance, Modern dance, Danceport. And that ends the 2019 SMNHS Intramurals. Even though the Intram is done. The students cannot realize that is done. We all know that Intram is the best activity in school.
